ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENTTeenagers are less likely to acquire economic skills in schools due to financial hardships or lack skilled human resource. The situation may worse at home as parents may lack knowledge in such skills, lack money to pay for home training, lack time to train their children or sideline such skills as non-basic education. |  |

PROTECTION & SAFETYTeens Up Initiative educates teenagers their full potential and career dreams. Keeping teenagers in school is one way of supporting them to delay pregnancy and early marriages, and helping them realize their dreams. Family and community members are also encouraged to appreciate the value and work towards both girls and boys becoming educated and empowered. |

HEALTH MANAGEMENTThe health of teenagers takes so many dimensions mainly because they are still undergoing so many growth and developmental changes, a very sensitive window which Teens Up Initiative uses to help teenagers go through the different health related changes with dignity. |  |

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION & STEWARDSHIPOur environment plays a big role in enhancing or endangering our lives. Students as young stewards need to be involved in the right care, preservation and improvement of our soils, water bodies, trees, birds and animals at school, homes and communities. |
